well I beat quelaag... I wasn't even trying to, really, I just thought "I don't want to lose this point of humanity to anything else so I'll just use it to summon mildred and probably lose to quelaag again" but it turns out that flash sweat is really handy

I got havel's ring from the guy in the tower. my strategy was to throw dung pies at him until he got poisoned and then dodge attacks for ages and not even try to attack back because that's how you get killed
