okay so we learned what "tech" means in the context of smash and why did we never know this was a thing you can do, that should be in a tutorial or something

it means hitting the shield button right before hitting the floor or a wall after you've been hit, and it completely cancels the stunned-on-the-floor animation that leaves you vulnerable

I think cis people trying to understand being trans get it wrong a lot. A cis man who thinks "what if I wanted to be a girl" is looking at it from the wrong direction; they should think instead "I'm a guy, but what if everyone else insisted I was a girl?" (and of course vice versa for a cis woman)

I think that would help them understand better how trans people are discriminated against and just what being trans is like in general
