so far since moving to bend we have been disappointed twice by places that seemed like interesting restaurants and were not actually restaurants
the first was a place called simply mac, that sounds very much like a restaurant specializing in gourmet mac and cheese or something but is actually an off brand apple store
the second is a place called tokyo starfish that i assumed would be like, a japanese seafood restaurant? but it turns out it's a marijuana store, because those exist here
