this is going to make little to no sense to anyone not in the same very specific segment of the industry as us but

it is very frustrating that forming a gate oxide on silicon carbide selectively worsens the carrier mobility of the semiconductor in exactly the places where having good mobility is most critical to operation

there are probably ways to form the oxide that do not have this side effect but they require equipment we don't have access to and are still being researched anyway

i think it is probably very unlikely we'll have any significantly bad consequences for it, even if they say no, we're just really worried for no reason

also, the game probably doesn't need to be nearly as hard as it is

random thought: who makes the bottles and cans that sodas and beers and stuff are sold in? i'm sure that especially the smaller companies don't make their own

arc rise fantasia, so far, seems like a pretty decent but not outstanding jrpg

- the story, while interesting, seems to have been *heavily* inspired by trails in the sky
-- this mostly applies to the very early game, now it's starting to become its own thing. the main character's middle name is still Bright though which is really on the nose
- the politics of it are so far kind of all over the place?
- the combat system feels generic at first but has some depth to it, if not as much as it seems they were going for
- the music is by Yasunori Mitsuda, so there's definitely some high points there
- there seem to be a lot of romantic undertones in the plot that probably didn't need to be there
- the voice acting is kind of bad? we've heard worse but this isn't the best
- one character's victory pose has some intensely uncomfortable eye contact

why don't they do detents in analog sticks anymore? only nintendo ever did them to begin with but it was nice
