@Mycroft Probably sorta applicable? I've been numbed down on pain meds for like two months at this point and I'm doubling my dose post-surgery so I'm not sure if 'instant relief' applies here. However I'm already feeling sort of relieved that the wait is almost over, considering I had the procedure delayed on me by three weeks before.

So two hours from now I'll be having six teeth surgically removed. I have absolutely no idea how I'm going to feel afterwards, different people who tell me they've been through it have had contradicting experiences so I have no idea what to expect. Oh dear.

@vahnj Thanks, it means a lot. I'm gonna be ok. This isn't the first time this sort of incident over something problematic he said has happened but the last time it happened I and somebody else kinda tore him a new asshole. Kind of worry he developed a chip on his shoulder over that and that's why he reacts so severely to what he perceives as 'pushing a social justice agenda'.

@vahnj Yeah. I've decided on the silent treatment for now.

All this because he can't let go of the white cishet male persecution complex.
