There is a very big difference between "corporation gives a female lizard character boobs thus reinforcing the idea that female equals boobs" and "person gives their female lizard OC boobs because they like boobs"

@socks Then there's the question, why does a character have to be a girl to have boobs?

;)

Imagine a lizard race where the guys are the ones who got the boobs.

random worldbuilding thoughts, it gets a little weird

@FreyaManibrandr @socks maybe the lizards used magic to make their whole species anthro or taur or something because hands are useful, and they didn't understand the purpose of these mammalian boobs but it seemed that large ones made it easier to get mammals to agree with you so they just gave everyone of the species fairly large boobs, possibly multiple ones, regardless of phenotype

also maybe they made them able to open at the top to be built-in pockets, just for the usefulness of it. I bet lizardfolk would appreciate having built in spots to put handwarmers (or boobwarmers as the case may be)

@Felthry @socks They could be internal gills as well. Not as efficient as their ancestors' but still serviceable for amphibious purposes.

@FreyaManibrandr @socks I like this whole idea of "lizardfolk engineering their species don't understand boobs but find new and unique uses for boob-like structures"
