@CoyoteTraveller @Kyresti This. Even vague support from management and more than a casual fuck thrown our way has meant the difference between sleeping at night at all and some of the worst mental health, period.
At its best, I feel vaguely insecure but stable. Worst (two separate occasions), I was constantly on-call and had a manager that gaslit me and coworkers to leave and doubt ourselves for years.
To summarize: people make a big difference.

The most interesting takeaway here is the whole disaster really was just IronSource, who merged with Unity last year, puppeting the company into destroying IronSource's competitor AppLovin at all costs.
