Our car broke down, and the mechanic we took it to may or may not be trying to screw us, and we can't pay to replace the engine. It's at a point where it's cheaper to buy a new (used) car.
We still need around $630, which I am very aware is a lot, and I don't expect to receive it all here, but any amount can help keep us employed and alive.

political education means constantly reminding folks that bourgeois does not mean rich. A surgeon may be quite wealthy, but they're not a member of the bourgeoisie, but rather an extremely skilled worker. They're paid a wage for their work, same as a fast food employee, albeit the surgeon is paid an order of magnitude more.

The bourgeoisie aren't paid to work. They're paid to own. They're the ones who reap the benefit of other's skills and pay them back a fraction of what they're worth.
