The connections that allow us to work towards the same goal are the people in between, who are able to work with both you and me, and see where we're both coming from.

Don't underestimate those people. These helpers are what will carry change. Appreciate them and support them in return.

I guess you can look at it as a web of connections with a ven diagram as well. We don't have to work directly with each and every single person to work towards the same goal.

Let's say it's this inclusivity and diversity that's been up on the wall lately. We won't all be able to work for it together, because we may not match in personality or we have different methods.

We can work with those we can, and appreciate that we are all contributing in different ways
