I feel intensely stressed today, I don’t know why, and I’m not handling it well.

I am not a good relationship partner. I kind of look like I am because I am desperately co-dependent, but it turns out that “co-dependent control freak terrified that other people might experience unpleasant emotions” is not, in fact, anywhere near as good a relationship experience as it might look at first.
I am learning better patterns and working through this and it is a grinding uphill climb that has lasted years and will require decades more.

I guess I'm kinda uncomfortable with the fact that while most humans go through personal development and changing opinions over the course of their lives, with the internet never fogetting anything, you can lose your job now for things you said before regardless of whether you still believe in them.

@frameacloud Maybe it’s really difficult to write a book when you weren’t planning on it but someone bothered you when you were busy being dead and forced you to improvise one on the spot, with none of your usual tools of fiction-writing ready!
@salameleon I caught on within a few blocks and walked to a stop on my regular route. It set me back one bus but it runs every fifteen minutes so it wasn’t a problem, in the end!
