I say "moderate" mostly because it's tasty but I expected it to be... fluffier? Crunchier? It's flavorful enough and doesn't detract from the soup but I thought the texture would have held up better. Then again, I did throw it into a crock pot after I fried it. Regardless, it added a smoky garlicky note to the pea soup without really getting any other soy after effects.
