Leave it to an economist to dismiss the ideal of an educated polity with some critical thinking skills as "romantic notions about education being 'good for the soul.'" I guess I could expect no better, since this POS Brian Caplan clearly has no soul of his own to feed.

@zebratron2084 People like that being named things like Caplan are a true horror to me. It's bad enough that I grew up with my people portrayed only as inhuman greed monsters; it's horrifying to me every time one of us is that stereotype.
