heya, is anyone else up? I'm having anxiety and can't get to sleep, and really want reassurance that things'll be okay.

@chimerror thanks, it just sucks, I really like and need sleep.

@Leucrotta for me at least I know that anxiety often gets worse right before I go to bed, and just disappears after I wake up. tired brains are even more of a fucker

@Leucrotta Just relax (easier said than done I know, haha) and focus on breathing a bit. Remember it is your brain just being an overthinking lump of meat and trying to find patterns and worry in nothing. ^^

And bury your face under a wing, too. Wings are good for making the bad go away. ^^

@Jacel thanks! I’m sorry I’m being so broken at everyone lately; I don’t feel like I have much room to be broken at work or in some parts of my real life.
