there was on sale fish at the store, and I've wanted fish and black bean sauce for a while so the solution was trying to cook fish with black bean sauce, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and a little black vinegar. Going forward I want to use less cooking oil, leave off the black vinegar, add green onions
