@Leucrotta Hah, this has the consistency of cheese, but the little falloff bits I tried do NOT taste like cheese!

maybe I should bake it some more. possibly on the toast setting.

@frost Yeah. I'm at a total loss for how best to cook things through and especially crisp the outside without a stovetop available.
@Leucrotta Neat! Uhhhh we can't really pan-fry things. We have a teenyass skillet, but no burner, except for I guess that hotplate that we never use...
(we really should have bought induction instead of basic electric!)
