today, four hill dwarves. I was vaguely thinking that surface-dwelling dwarves would be poorer, so less metal armor, but more willing to adopt new technology.

So I made myself sweet potatoes vaguely based off Yotam Ottolenghi's sweet potatoes with figs. Food photo.

today wound up being a very well armed fighter type meeting a Lovecraftian monster coming through a portal, and (ink with a little smelly marker, pee-yew!) three armored skeleton warriors.

today during down time in DnD game. Yutyrannus and Sinorthosaurus; the latter has a much slender, pointier face, so pretend it's something else?

Spent too much time a . Comic book style cut and grad over slightly digitally tweaked analog pencils. Two wizards bolstered by magical flight take on a flying beholder in its lair.

Last for 2001 is furry pinup art! A dalmatian, a bobcat and a saluki.

today, mostly WIP stuff. A warrior and a magician by a monument in the snow; atypical metahuman variants (hobgoblin and gnomes) from Shadowrun; and a big fight between a death knight and her halfling foes.

Unsure in what world "I've been up for a while and I'm hungry" equals "I will use up stuff from my fridge and make potato leek soup *and* a stir fry!" but apparently that's where I live now. Potato leek soup not pictured, maybe later.

today, a spear-wielding samurai takes on a ferocious oni to rescue a damsel in distress!

today, furries only as vampires. Featuring "I'm not sure what historical period these outfits are from" and burning entirely too much time on hair, crouched legs etc.

“I’ve been thinking of getting a Futhark tattoo to display my proud Scandinavian heritage.”

Just one today, fight scene with adventurers (rogue, wizard casting spell, cleric healing fallen fighter type) take on a bone naga!

Cooking project today is stroganoff with coconut milk because I can't do dairy. CW food photo warning, meat.

So I think my plans to go to the used bookstore are probably toast and I should start thinking about Lyft during the work week, since the garage is at the end of a steep driveway on a downhill slope. I have enough canned dolmades that if snowed in I can survive on grape leaves.

tonight, when I started "court of an undead king" was winning. Originally I was inspired by Wayne Reynold's cover for Paizo, twitter.com/paizo/status/14226 - so I made sure *not to look at that*, and I feel like I came up with something pretty different. Death Knight pledges his loyalty to a lich, surrounded by undead.

today were just player characters largely inspired by reading Pathfinder's Ancestry Guide. Catfolk ranger, halfling wizard and a couple of leshii (plant-people); kobold druid with their patron tyrannosaur spirit, and trying to do the most stereotypical orc player character possible.

just one today, while listening to a batch of soundtracks. Three stalwart adventurers find a mysterious, fog-billowing open doorway.

Anyway here’s a pretty view from Sunday and a bowl of homemade borscht as cheerier things to think about.

during longest night were just kinda sketchy, I feel like that's where I got into my groove. Pathfinder catfolk ranger and half-winter hag, and a couple of werewolves!

roasted fennel over pasta with peccorino romano cheese (which I can eat) I missed out on so much time eating fennel!
