today, nothing finished but playing with larger sizes a *lot*. Creatures, samurai vs ninja, adventuring party, two fighter characters

So I went home and made hopefully enough sweet and sour fish for 2-4 meals this week. By which time I may be sick of sweet and sour fish. Food photo;

today, wizard exploring the library to investigate what happened at the cursed manor house - but will she figure it out in time?

today listening to mostly RAtM and Kodaly, a knight charges a hulking giant!

today while drinking coffee and listening to The Sword. A fighter on the run from a ferocious forest beast; and elsewhere, underground, a halfling rogue evades a deadly trap!

tonight, I tried to deal with the Sunday Feelings (and clean the fridge out some) by cooking three recipes from the Ottolenghi cookbook; eggplant with fried onion and lemon (not pictured) stuffed peppers (beef, I couldn't easily find ground lamb), panfried okra (supposed to use preserved lemon, but I zested the lemon for the eggplant)

so far today; one party of adventurers encounters a dragon while deep below the earth, another group of adventurers are about to be ambushed by goblins!

It's been a while since I posted a food photo, hasn't it? So here's some bok choy with mushrooms.

are some feral characters I did more of today, and some anthro pinups and portraits. Cats and foxes and stuff.

today, not finished stuff. Thinking about adventures in pseudo-north Africa/Spain with a returned ancient evil, a mysterious information broker and a noble cleric. Some NPCs play cards, and a tabaxi swashbuckler.

Since I’m in a crummy mood, here’s photos of Saturday’s hike; the waterfall, gap in the trees, a stump full of mushrooms, the trilliums blooming.

Wikihow speaking clearly to wolves (illustration of a dude waving at a completely unimpressed wolf, with a little indication of increasing volume)

Wikihow boop snööt

(Illustration of pointing to/holding hand in front of a borzoi)

I did some very loose , with fantasy characters, some portraits, and a Norse type vs. a werewolf, and it helped with the Sunday Evening Feelings.

Julia’s Bakery and Cafe in Olympia, and their wide selection of empanadas!

one today was a dramatic wizard on horseback charging bandits or possibly orcs. I *love* drawing horses, though I don't feel I'm especially good at it! (Can I say that on social media?)

More Anacortes (including heron) and an orchid at my folks’ place. The thing that looks like a shipwreck is kind of; it’s a 4 masted schooner from the 1900s which got converted to motor power only in the 40s and filled with sand as a breakwater in the mid 60s.

Also, I feel a little too unfunny and tired to do April Fool’s stuff, so here are some photos of Anacortes from last weekend.
