@eredien WAY easier in theory than in practice. Just in general, there's always some reason dinner will take a while... or we have to do something slowly... or there's something I need to look at... it's always this giant time commitment. Even dim sum winds up being 3 hours. I have exactly no idea of how to be over there and get my ass out in a timely fashion other than not going.
