Okay so the tooth wasn’t broken, but it was a wisdom tooth in a second molar position somehow. An infection meant atypical movement and pressed on stuff. Extraction with a bone graft (again it was where a molar would normally go) wound up being $400 less than I expected, so I had the tooth removed and I'm now dazed and sleepy and things.

As of today’s soundtrack listening I’m actually a little more okay with Yoda and Obi-Wan lying about Vader to Luke.

Like if their whole deal all this time has been “you should whack Vader for us” AND they’re not that great, then it makes Luke more heroic to refuse to simply whack Vader for them.
