holidays certainly help with realizing how much space in my brain is taken up with;

"I MUST do something I'm not really interested in/so even without an authority as negative as in childhood, my assumptions kick in/this mandatory thing is good but between how I don't want to do it and how I'm innately BAD, I'll invariably fail/and when I do so I'll be punished, probably disproportionately/so now I have even less interest in doing it, and therefore more certainty I'll fuck up and be punished."

@Tuftears Thank you! There's still stuff I want to do better, but I don't have a really good idea of what that is yet, if that makes sense.

@Tuftears Okay (tell me to shut up if you need); apparently Montalban's family was from CORdova, rather than the usual pronunciation corDOva, so people overheard him saying the name a lot. Apparently he sounded cool enough that the ad agency made up "Corinthian" as a description for the leather upholstery so they'd get to use him saying COR anything.

@eredien I mean, having a summoned vrock work for you is *basically* a parrot.

@Tuftears I was listening to the Wrath of Khan soundtrack at the time! I've actually heard an interview with Ricardo Montalban in which he actually explained the whole "rich Corinthian leather" deal.

in about 80 minutes, I made three different banchan for lunch this coming week, and pasta with (Russian/Ukranian) meat sauce for dinner (plus about one meal of leftover meat sauce)

I also cleaned up some fridge fossils, unloaded the dryer, cleaned most of the dishes involved in cooking, etc.

Bleah

from Thursday before stuff pissed me off too much for me to post it.

"there are more of these small footprints"
"great, we're gonna make camp in the middle of a pixie nest"
"pixies can be okay"
"we're gonna be up all night with them singing about HERE COMES YOUR MAN"

@ziphi from where my dual citizen heeb ass sits, the United Kingdom of Transphobes and Medinat Murderous Profiteering Land Grab are both starting to look appealing.

@chimerror whenever I’m actually this pissed off it’s something hitting childhood buttons. In this case it’s “adult sides with bully who is officially the good guy, despite repeated factual proof otherwise.” I am currently in between “fuck it why do I bother voting?” and “fuck it, I despise Israel‘s government, but I’m claiming right of return.”

rich cishet goyim with exactly NO skin in this damn game. Fucking collaborators. I should just give up on voting.

please tell me it's part of the natural cycle of being a constituent to be incredibly pissed off at your fucking so called representatives

critics complained that so called takosatsu shows should be octopus outfits only but piped down after Ika Rider Black was a runaway success
