@owashii@plush.city reminds me of something in college. My limnology classroom at the Bio Station used part of a fridge with other classes b/c it was useful to a formal experiment we ran. Naturally we mostly used the space for snacks. End of term meant cleaning the fridge, and there was this molded fungal blossoming cup of coffee that’d been there months. I finally got it clean, and it turned out to be my friend’s informal project to see what she could grow in a coffee cup.
