Also remembering that without the aspect of stress/anxiety attack, waking up in the middle of the night moves from "I can't sleep" to "I don't want to sleep because this is interesting/I hope fun stuff happens/and being at work tomorrow is the opposite of fun stuff happening." It's been so long since I had insomnia without stress/anxiety attack that I kinda forgot that was a thing.

@wolfe I think it's just that anyone on Bluesky has reason to hate the man, this is the closest to refugee status many of us have ever lived through. I'm trying not to be one of those voices since that's got an element of trying to clear up a migraine by talking about how it's the worst headache I've ever had.
