@Bwee @CoyoteTraveller has been a friend for ages (right now there are so many coyote therians it's like someone giving out free alcohol, but they were the only other one I knew for a while), and I really appreciate their company for the long drive south and north to see another friend who lives in Vancouver. Getting stuff at a dim sum place which I’d never get my folks to try, so I was curious about a pork liver cilantro noodle. I didn’t anticipate I’d actively like it; the fairly bland meaty liver really works with the soft noodle and how it soaks up sauce!
