@frost only kinda. This is the age before digital effects so the transformation sequence might be kinda clunky now but it's impressive for the time (1981), and he winds up as a quadruped, which you might like. There's a lot of the hero's guilt and upset about being a werewolf - he sees ghosts and there's an ethnic subplot which is borderline offensive in its clumsiness.
I liked it, but I honestly don't think you would, since most of the movie is about him as a human, and he dies at the end.

Mh journaling
So I realized today that part of why school (then work) always felt like punishment was that the hard-work-is-virtue, punitive mindset of my schools really DID send the message I was being punished. Add to that how more/more difficult uninteresting tasks feels punishing to someone with ADHD, how more tasks WAS used as punishment, and how frequently I really WAS being punished for doing things wrong, and I came away, feeling that I was being punished with school (then work) daily.

@LexYeen seriously, these have to be people who've never encountered 40K as a tabletop game before, that's always been in the artwork.
luckily the "I MISS THE 90S I HATE BEING OLD" set off by The Rocketeer soundtrack was quickly offset by snickering at the musical cues for the Genesis Device
