Okay so with everything slow and feeling ugh from last night’s anxiety attack/missed sleep I took the opportunity to request leaving early. This is the most time off I’ve had on a workday since New Years.

one odd thing about me is I get like 1-3 bars of music in dreams. I'm never quite able to remember them when I wake up. I live very close to a big road and this morning was the first time I woke up because the squeal of a bus braking didn't fit the music I was dreaming at the time.

oorgh apparently digestive gunk and anxiety were crummy last night (related, yeah) and, as usual, I do NOT want to go in today.
