Thursday’s “I really have nothing to offer the world, it’s too late for me to do anything significant and I’m imminently hate-able” feelings, by comparison to Wednesday’s and Tuesday’s similar feelings (it’s a short week).

Part of Into the Spiderverse takes place in an East Indian “Mumbattan,” and everyone knows what happens in Indian movies right? I feel like we were cheated of at least one musical number.

I HATE being called settler or colonizer. (Did my ancestors really want to leave Ukraine? Did their ancestors want to leave Spain and France? Did THEIR ancestors want to leave Israel?)

There's the point where anxiety eases up and then the desire to stick around online, because it's relatively more compelling than what I am required to be awake and doing the coming day, takes over.

this album is a little like what I'd write if I wrote a Western themed album. All hangings, betrayal and shootings. I've only been listening for five minutes and have already had three gritty extreme close ups of my eyes darting from side to side.

Because it really feels lately like there were all these big flashing ADHD signs on me all this time; if this isn’t ADHD then it’s PTSD stuff which is nearly identical, and I know beyond doubt that my schools and parents worked on expectations that weren’t adapted to individual quirks (like being ADHD).

So let me guess, the “I’m happy to be at work for the first four hours or so being productive, but after that it feels like swimming through molasses or pushing hard” is an ADHD thing too?

Today isn’t the nearly literally worst case scenario yesterday was, but I’m still feeling emotionally wobbly and part of me is braced for things really going to hell.

One #drawing tightened up on a crummy day with bad sleep. Cloaked warrior of some sort fighting beastfolk/goat people in a forest. Was listening to music from the best episode of Samurai Jack, and there’s a quote from it.
