Today's definitely being a "I really wish I could commit to talk therapy for a while" sort of morning.

feeling the connection between things;

the world is expansive, inclusive and additive. That includes that situations aren't simple dualisms (and in my case, simple dualisms I tend to believe and really hurt myself with all basically scream that I'm terrible, irredeemably unlovable, relating right back to being trained life is some sort of ugly competition) and that I don't know the whole story (which covers both a lot of anger towards others, and the horrible fatalism I direct towards myself).

being middle age is bobbing your head on saturday night to EDM you're listening to (at home 'cause you don't know where the raves are) after having a half edible (to deal with stress) and then your neck makes real interesting cracking noises. Don't get old, kids.
