see I feel that most songs really benefit from a weird noise, like the WHOOO WHOOO WHOOO in "Cheap Sunglasses," the BOINGGG!s in "The Guns of Brixton" or the "WHAAAO!" in Bananarama's "Venus."

this is a really good cover of "Cheap Sunglasses" but let's face it what really makes the original is the WHOOOA WHOOOA WHOOOA noise

Seriously if your gender isn’t “charging/increasing my rent,” “pushing your religion down my craw,” “insurance provider” etc then by definition I’m pretty okay with it and given that I’m not entirely sure what *my* gender is, I don’t really have a place to judge now do I?

Being optimistic and naive isn't really an option any more, but I need to remember there *does* exist an alternative to becoming bitter, angry, and kinda racist tbh;

that is that I don't know everything going on or how it will play out, and it'd be a mistake to just cling onto *any* one viewpoint.
