Monday’s sure been Mondaying.

anxiety went through the roof for no reason I can figure out. Occasionally sudden drops in temperature or pressure changes will do that, or returning from weekend set things off, something. Definitely a "cup of coffee will calm me down" morning.

trying to remember my ideals are about being kind rather than being right; that's worth stepping past my bitter lived experience and emotional backlash, and requires giving the benefit of the doubt to a lot of people. If only hurtful intent caused harm, the world would be a less painful place.
