Really anxious today. A childhood full of things going south *and* others’ catastrophizing means I am incredibly good at anticipating events going south with disproportionately dire consequences, and I’m not so good at anticipating other possibilities, which can become quite the self fulfilling prophecy... and of course all the anticipation in the world won’t change anything on its own.
