I am still feeling really broken right now.

I still feel bad, but not completely terrible. This one thing hit all of my baggage. I think I might move very slowly for the rest of the day, maybe for a few days.

I need to remember that there are a lot of reasons people might like me.

Okay, I had a little crying jag, and I have the GOOD variety of bowl noodle as breakfast, and I walked away from something that was upsetting me. And I got some good news in the mail, and did put in for a fuckton of jobs.

Trying to breathe. Trying to remember my life is more inclusive and large and cumulative than what's making me unhappy right now.

applied for a batch of jobs, did a few evaluations. I have been repeatedly asked to call this recruiter, which suggests their metric is calls rather than contacts and that they do not, in fact, have a position which I can work on. I realize that something I was looking at earlier which really upset me was a carefully curated presentation, but honestly, everything has been feeling lousy today.

Paying a bill and talking to a recruiter about a commission only job somehow did not assuage the terrible feelings. Gonna use my frequent customer card to get a big latte and see if I can send out resumes.

Y'know, I'm all for getting 45 out of office for collusion with a foreign power, especially if it this also gets Pence, McConnell and Sessions out of power where they can't hurt my country.

But at some level I wish it were possible to get 45 out of power for his use of office personal profit, for sexual abuse, for putting forward policy that hurts the country, etc; acknowledge this in ways beyond "we have an election coming up so vote Dem like you always do as an obedient leftist."
