Ah yeah birdsite. Coyotes shitposting and artists remind me of why I stay, the spike of wanting to throw Molotov cocktails (and having to be a polite sharecropper instead) reminds me of why I can’t.

So glad the bleak despair from earlier cleared up; that was brutal. Circadian rhythm weirdness maybe?

Someone managed to step on my issues and right now I just can’t feel that I am brave, good or smart. Trying to remember though.

Please let me know if any of y’all are independently wealthy and would like to help support an artist while they do the slow grind of making/flogging their stuff. The worst part of day jobs may be inability to nap when needed.

And I was able to sleep for about an hour or less! So yay, my shittiest nights here are still somewhat better than the worst last month!

every time I consciously think okay, I'll go with it and stay up till I sleep, my brain goes HEY FALL OVER and every time I try to lie back in bed in a dark room my brain goes HAVE AN ANXIETY SPIKE this is being a bad night.

Whatever's screwing with my sleep, I'm really not happy with it, and I think on Thursday's doctor visit I'll ask if I can get something for that.

I really hope I get to spend time with friends and on drawing sometime in a much kinder, more relaxed future.

It's amazing how much easier it is to feel good about myself in forest. Here I have to consciously remind myself of the sort of confidence which was as natural as breathing in that place.
