also I really hate being awake thanks to acid reflux. I spent so much time unlearning really horrible, negative self image and I'm finally at the point where I think about offing myself a lot less frequently, am getting better at backing myself out of those thoughts, and ironically my digestive system is still trying to do me in.

Some really negative thoughts, but unfortunately some of them are about a subject I don't feel I can safely address, and consequently I can't discuss 'em.
