HRT weirdness?
So, I've been taking estrogen and finasteride for two months now, and I've had the usual effects, but there's a few I'm wondering about.
Like, I've been experiencing muscle growth. A Lot. I've always been the sort that never gets Bulk, just Tone. Now I'm getting bulk.
Another thing has been that my bits have started working 'normally' for the first time in forever.
I'm not complaining or anything. it's just Weird.

One of the ways I've helped many of my multiple systems friends is with Playlists and songs that apply to their specific situation.
It seems like music is all very deeply personal to systems.
@auravulpes You've got all the other major co-factors.
You'll know when and if it happens. It's still not understood well enough to really Diagnose.

anybody else feel like the saturation of validity and affirmations has a kind of chilling effect? like okay yeah sure, you can do whatever you want and it's all gonna be okay, but is 'I do X and I'm! valid!' an adequate substitute for 'I do X and I genuinely believe that's what I want'?

So then it's usually a case of handling a problem that Nobody knows how to deal with. And I'm an Engineer, Keri just plays a Doctor on TV and Yaori is a damn pokemon.
Granted, just the diverse perspectives help more than anything when trying to understand Magic and multiple systems...
More and more my life feels like it's existing in the Dresden Files Universe.
