You know what's nice? Helping people. For real, helping people makes you feel good.
That said, don't worry or feel bad because you feel unable to help people much today or this week or this month because of your mood, or health or schedule or circumstances.
People might still be able to help you. and that makes you just as essential a participant in the wonder and beauty and strength and power of mutual aid and fellowship.
Just try to be open to it, on either side, as best you feel able.
