All of the people most important to me have fucked up teeth and bad eyesight and I can't get a single one of them to visit a doctor >:C
I always end up reblogging the fundraisers to my personal account. My comic's readers are not a resource to be mined by people who don't have a care for me unless they need something.
...but I still feel guilty, helpless, and lost every time this happens.
Oftentimes the fundraisers in question have 5-10 times the number of notes as my comic has readers - already far more exposure than I could possibly grant them. Do they just vastly overestimate my reach? Do I come across as having a vast audience? Or are they so desperate for help they're just contacting anyone who regularly posts on trans-related subjects?
People sometimes contact me asking that I promo their fundraisers for transitions on my comic and I just... don't know what to do. My comic doesn't have a lot of readers, and those that it DOES have overwhelmingly don't monetarily support the comic. I don't know if that's because they have nothing to give or because they don't care to, but either way they don't. It really hurts to have people come to me hands open, asking for help when I'm just as helpless as they are.

Cool. Cool cool cool. Discovered that someone in the house chipped an enormous shard off of the new porcelain drip pans - by way of getting said shard lodged in my thumb while cleaning the stovetop.

...in retrospect, that meeting was more emotionally exhausting than I initially realised. I think I should take it easy tonight.

Second meeting with new therapist, still liking him so far. A lot of the session was still taken up with getting to my situation, but we tackled a little bit of actual stuff.
He really thinks I should sit down and have A Talk with our roommates about the noise problems, which is... hard. He's a lot more optimistic about people being compassionate than I am.
I appear to have fucked up my back while sleeping. :( Pretty much any motion from my left arm is super painful, not sure what to do about it.
