I'm still sitting here going "I knocked those phone interviews out of the park, so what is going to happen when I met in-person and they see that I'm trans"
Nothing I can do about it either way……

@Oneironott You can do it! Perhaps think about it this way: if they end up not hiring you because you're trans, do you really want to work for them?

Not surprising, I've been doing better with these interviews because I'm going of book and largely keeping my knowledge in the back seat instead of making the process painfully formulaic.
