Meditation
Our emotions are real. They exist within us. They are part of our lives, and part of our minds. To deny our emotions is to deny a part of ourselves, our Selves, that we need to be whole.
There is a difference, however, in feeling our emotions, and in being them. We can feel anger without being angry. We can feel fear without being afraid. Our emotions are real, but their reality need not be any more a demand for attention than someone shouting.
