I had to use oral sex a lot *prior* to HRT just to get aroused.
The ability to be erect really does fade with time and dosage.
After a few years... it's gone... and orgasms get amazingly better

I've been on HRT for 13 years. My erections are long gone, though I can sometimes feel... a "filling" sensation of arousal... and it's way more intense.
Additionally, the orgasms are more powerful, don't come with guilt after, and I've gone up to 10 orgasms in a row.
I personally like it way better than before HRT

god i'm worried about fully losing my erections since like, i'm dysphoric about everything EXCEPT my genitals (which is weird but yeah) and penetration can be fun sometimes!
i mean worst comes to worse i could just ask my doc for a viagra script or something (or maybe change from spiro to something else like bicalutamide if i ever have the $$$)
