Green: should be safe to lick.
White: might be safe, but inadvisable.
Black, Red, Blue: do not lick
Brown, Orange, Yellow: most definitely do not lick.

@starkatt Fun fact: The USSR's standard color coding included green for one of the phases, and green with yellow stripes for ground.

The yellow stripes, naturally, would wear off with time, and not that much time either.
