In the end, I think I'm giving up on being able to beat the final boss sequence of Kingdom Hearts 1, and I'm just going to watch a video of it. Or five videos of it, since this was apparently posted back when youtube had a limit of ten minutes per video.

@Terrana@tootplanet.space I'd be a little concerned, but not overly surprised, if you've seen things with something other than your eyes.

Is it just me, or is the kingdom hearts 1 level hollow bastion extremely frustrating? There's a ledge where you have to fight a bunch of flying enemies that won't stay over the ledge, your normal attacks automatically jump towards the enemies, and falling off the ledge puts you back at the beginning of the world. I'm tired of running through the entrance hall over and over again.

@monorail as we understand it, literally nothing in almost every environment. A few programs make use of it.

Just got to Hollow Bastion on the first Kingdom Hearts game. This is good music, for sure.

@fribbledom Would it be even worse than teaching oneself how to program on a TI-84? Because that was our introduction to programming.

@Caudle Fel and I are both of the opinion that there should be more stories that focus on the feeling of suddenly having new sensory input, of suddenly having multiple brains working in parallel as your new heads grow in, of suddenly finding yourself able to devote your entire attention to several things at once.

Ah, found it. Fortunately we have an old pair of glasses that's close to the right prescription.

I don't know how this happened, but somehow one of the lenses fell out of our glasses overnight. I have no idea where it is.
