A neat puzzle I just saw: You can place a black king anywhere you like on a chessboard of a given size m×n. Where do you place it such that you can place also the maximal number of white queens that do not attack the king? And how many of those queens can you place?

@Mycroft I wonder if metal would even be the best option for that, or if it would be better to use some kind of laminate with a magnetic alloy powder, like a flat powder core.
I wonder if you can get metal playing cards, and whether they'd actually be any good for playing card games with.
It feels like something that would be more appealing to the tarot fortunetelling crowd than to anyone playing card games, for some reason.

@cozykaffe@snouts.online It's happened a lot with games, I think because they want to bring classics up onto modern systems, and that's more complicated than just mastering a blu-ray with the same data as the old DVD. Couln't tell you about movies, though.
