@em One could argue, however, that some of the pictures being very similar to others actually provide the same thousand words, or perhaps 998 of the same words and 2 new ones.

No one in particular - just felt like drawing someone with this body shape, and it ended up as this fox wearing a scattering of assorted accessories. I'm still an unabashed fan of stuff like this, and I wish I could find more art and more artists who were attuned this way. There are a few I know of, but more would always be welcome.
@chr They do if you're a car.
@chr Are you sure? I'm pretty sure 33% of Americans can't digest gasoline either. Neither can the other 67%, but you didn't specify whether they could or could not.
@cozykaffe@snouts.online @typhlosion I'm not inclined to believe anything that started as a kiwifarms harassment campaign unless I see some independent evidence from a source completely unconnected to kiwifarms
@cozykaffe@snouts.online @typhlosion They're the one who had a kiwifarms hate campaign against them; none of the evidence of shittiness comes from any source other than kiwifarms as we recall

re: Plurality
Not that there's anything wrong with systems who do share memories completely. We thought we were one until yesterday! But it's something that I find validating, I think.
Plurality
Sometimes we think that we share memories very closely.
But then just yesterday, a watercolor that Felthry had bought as a gift for me arrived, and I had no idea it was even coming--despite knowing that it was checking the mail expecting something.
Something to remember if we ever do start to doubt ourselves.
re: Glitch elaboration, mostly spoiler-free
The only method the game has of changing party members goes through two steps: talk to the party member you want to join, then select one of your existing party members to replace. It's not possible to skip the replacement step, so even though the lost character does return to the place you go to change party members, you can never again have a four-member party.
@monorail I lost a fair bit of grinding progress to the reset, but nothing else, fortunately.
Glitch elaboration, mostly spoiler-free
Like in most RPGs, there are a few optional events throughout the game, that you can trigger whenever you go to the right place or talk to the right person. It turns out they expected you to have finished some specific ones of these events by the time you get a late-game party member, so if said character is in your party when you enter one of them, the cutscene handler doesn't know what to do with them and essentially erases them from existence, making it impossible to have four party members, which apparently breaks a cutscene that happens during the final battle, as it's not supposed to be possible to have only three characters in your party after a certain point.
Headmate to @Felthry, still figuring out how things are after a long absence.
