I wonder how feasible it would be to get some of those plastic signs--the kind people use to show support for political candidates and such--custom printed to say something along the lines of
"This sign isn't here to sell you anything, or to convince you of anything; it just wants to tell you to have a nice day"
suddenly remembered @Rosemary's description of an FPGA as "sram that someone taught to think"
Sidebar: this use of a complex compound phrase instead of a simple noun is called kenning! It's apparently a common feature of norse and old english poetry, but not common in modern english.
Well, until internet language :)
I've been playing Sonic Adventure 2, and thus kept switching out with music from that game stuck in our head. Felthry now played a marble machine cover just before switching. I'm not sure if it was consciously to get back at me, or just because it wanted to listen to it.
re: politiscales
It seems that my biggest priorities are internationalism and constructivism, which sounds right. I'm somewhat surprised communism is so low, comparatively.
Headmate to @Felthry, still figuring out how things are after a long absence.
Twenty-something feminine-leaning androgynous arcaninetales taur usually with two heads. Interests in puzzles, engineering, and a good book, and curling up with a good friend.
Pronouns... zhe/zhir for now, but that might change in future.
