Opinions about sushi

I will always, always choose a sushi place that has a small selection of basic but high-quality nigiri over a restaurant that had three dozen novel and exciting rolls with a paragraph of ingredients apiece.

@starkatt @mawr Wait, hang on. There's a much easier solution, you should each try to convince me that you have the right idea by feeding me lots of sushi.

@Soreth @starkatt I like this plan except maybe it should be mawr who gets the sushi. :D

@mawr @starkatt But that doesn't feed the neutral third-party judge!

@Soreth @starkatt Bah. All of us should have all the feesh. :9

Do either of you know of a good sushi place here? I haven't found any that I've been particularly impressed by, yet. It's one thing that seems to be more abundant in the SF Bay.

@mawr @Soreth but seriously though, best I've had is sushi misoya in Lynnwood

@Soreth @starkatt *investigates*

oh yeah. Yeah yeah yeah yeah!!! This is a place I need to visit. :3

Wanna mob it together some night soon?

@Soreth @mawr I'm hypothetically down, but am hesitant to spent the necessary dollars.

@starkatt @Soreth Ooh, yeah, that's uh. That's something I need to be more mindful of at the moment, myself.

Maybe this is a thing best tabled for the time being, honestly. ^^;;;;

@mawr @starkatt @Soreth my favorite is Ikiiki in Kenmore, but I often go to Blue C for reasonably-priced, reasonable-quality sushi--it's a place to get lots of sushi, not super-high-quality, but it's two steps above Sushiland. :P
