Fetish discourse

I wrote a big chunk about the ethical production and consumption of problematic porn (with a focus on TGTF stuff) in response to a tumblr ask that I haven't posted yet. If anyone wants to (please) give me feedback, it's here:

@angrboda Big thumbs up here. Those're troubled waters but you're navigating them well. In particular I don't think it's possible to get everybody to agree on terminology and there isn't really a great linguistic construct yet for girl-with-dick or guy-without - we're still kind of working that out on the whole.

@Soreth yeah that's something I wish there was a better option for, but I've definitely heard 'girl w/ a dick' recced by trans women. I think you're right in that there's never going to be a way to handle this that's a-ok for everyone but I just wanted to say there's stuff we can do to err on the side of more decency and inclusivity regardless

Fetish discourse

@angrboda Oh, definitely, yeah. It's gonna be fascinating to see what the language eventually stabilizes around for terminology, but everything's all unformed and weird still so we all gotta keep our ears open and try to be decent folk about it. n..n
