Request for housing help for a trans woman in western Washington State
Figured I'd share this here because there's a lot of folks from the PNW:
Twitter user @/EllyChelley says: "I need a room in western Washington State. I am an immunocompromised trans woman and I cant be homeless. If anyone can help please get in touch with me and please spread this if you can't. Thank you."

'[E]verywhere I look, I see this sadness, deep-etched in peoples' bewildered faces and voices. "I think the pandemic is getting to me," a patient says, "But I don't know why – I'm okay, my family's okay....?"
This is why. No matter how safe from physical peril you are, no matter how financially secure, you, too, have lost something. You may have lost, in fact, very, very much. You are bereft. Even if your society, your upbringing, taught you that what you lost was worthless, it was not. It was of near-infinite preciousness. You are not wrong to grieve it all the way to the bottom of your heart.
Your choices aren't between being sad about this and not being sad about this. I don't expect its possible not to be sad about this: your choices are only between knowing or not knowing why.
Knowing why is always easier. I promise.'

ok real talk...
if you're likely to be fretting nonstop on Tuesday or all week, or if you're doing it already...
Do you have food for this week? Would it be helpful to do some shopping for easy or nutritious things today? Maybe trial a streaming service, or rent a game or pick up a couple books? Is there a friend you'd like to schedule a phone call with?
I'm already a mess, myself. But we don't need to make this worse than it is... take care of you.
financial difficulty / mutual aid request / boost OK
Hey y'all, we're gonna need some help. We're a couple hundred dollars short of our first rent payment at a new apartment, and it's due in two days. All three of us are short on money and just getting the money for the deposit alone was a huge challenge for us. I know times are tough, so it's okay if you can't afford to help, but please boost this post!
Seattle medical collective needs your help!
Pink Umbrella Medical Collective is a volunteer based non-profit focused on providing mobile and stationary teams for protests, educational classes, mental health and crisis support, protest injury follow-up in and around unceded Duwamish territory.
Unfortunately, over the weekend their storage unit was broken into and many of their supplies were lost. If you have the means, please consider donating. They appreciate the continued support of our community!

You do not have to be suicidal to use these. If you are having a large panic attack, that qualifies. If you cannot cope, that qualifies.
To be clear these are for Americans (I'm especially worried about panic attacks leading up to the election) but if you want to post helplines for other countries, please do so!
This one is my personal "favorite".

Today is #IntersexAwarenessDay. Even though society is taught that gender is binary, it far from is. Intersex people exist - and are discriminated against in big. 1/8

Rare coastal dragoness, often found by sunny sea cliffs. Nonbinary but fairly femme-leaning. If you're under 18 don't follow.
