Literally every time I try eating something more healthy, I end up over eating, because I forget how filling things that aren't empty calories are.

Anyway I prepped a MASSIVE salad with a side dish of extra avocado, because my avocados did the thing they do when they all get ripe at once.
Whenever I'm home alone preparing dinner, it turns into a British TV show; staring me, exclusively audible by me. I don't know why British.
