4 low blood sugar episodes in 2 days (3 of them unexplained). 2 of them keeping me awake *way* later at night to treat them, 1 causing me to be late to my own game party. UGH.

Update: Listening to Animorphs is reigniting *all sorts* of fun, bird-related non-binary genderfeels for me tonight.

My example goes back to childhood, when I first read Animorphs and thought "it would be really interesting to be controlled by a yerk, and just observe someone else control my body. See what they do with it."

What's a word for something that's kinda like a kink, in that it's deeply subconscious and gratifying, but not about sexuality or attraction? Like a deep, perhaps "taboo" desire, that isn't necessarily sexual in nature?

So it turns out Red Le Fey is reading Animorphs tonight, so thaaaat's kinda perfect and about as close as I'll get tonight to "cutie reading me stories while I cuddle up with them".

I want to put my head in someone's lap and be read to.

I'm thinking about the past and feeling a little sad today. Seems silly to be 26 and already sad about my past, though.

There's something in my house that occasionally makes a sound like a dog's collar jangling (I think it might be on/near the heating vent).

Anyway I keep thinking "ah yeah that's just the dog" and then going o.o

I saw 2 boys in unrelated situations wearing nail polish at the elementary school I work at today, and that makes me really happy.

So our school does "hot lunches" which are essentially the prepared kinda meals you could get at your local grocery store.

The kids don't always eat them. One boy left his today entirely unopened.

Is it ethical for me to steal it for my own lunch? It's just going to be thrown away.

I finally started watching The Get Down and it's really good and cute.

The cool thing about queer culture is that a cis bi girl, a straight trans guy, and a queer non-binary person (among so many others!) could all wear the same outfit and feel equally comfortable & valid in what that outfit means to them.

Ow, yup, I definitely busted my hamstrings doing core exercises.
