@zebratron2084 Yuuuuuuuuup. Out here by far *most* chicken is in fact pretty clean of salmonella (hooray for antibiotic use I guess - the same reason you can eat raw eggs over here without dying), but having accidentally undercooked chicken before, even as a Werewolf™ with a taste for (nearly) raw meat where I can get away with it that's NOT an experience I'm aching to repeat anytime soon.
